Our services begin with a consultation to listen to your ideas and felt needs. Often, we propose an organizational assessment so that we can listen to all organizational voices, identify organizational strengths and investigate past attempts. The result of this assessment is a report that includes proposed actions that address your needs and develop programs to best address those needs. Recognizing that an organization is a collection of unique individuals, we draw on Sue’s background working with diverse populations to create a culturally-flexible plan so that all employees, regardless of background, feel heard.
